The reason why I've been slightly inactive here on the blog is because I currently have 3 on-going projects (design and construction projects), with made by arc orders as well. 

This is one of the projects. My team is currently working on this interior fit-out for my designer friend and it's actually about to be turned over next week (hopefully!). I like working with this particular designer friend of mine as we've been blockmates back in design school. This studio unit is his 2nd project with me.

The flooring has been replaced and a wall has been tiled

I'm just poppin' here on the blog and I'm curating this post at 2:56 am because I have a busy day ahead as I'll be doing site visit, fabric sourcing, and a bunch of admin/computer works. I'm more active on Instagram though.
