Who wouldn’t want to experience the cool and windy weather while watching the crashing waves of the sea as it meets the cliff? How relaxing isn’t it? You can achieve this experience when you fly to the province of Batanes.
Batanes is situated at the extreme northern part of the Philippines, making it difficult to get here, but definitely worth it. This province is considered as the smallest province in the country, however, one of the beautiful provinces in the Philippines.
Batanes is composed of ten breathtaking islands, which includes Itbayat Island, Sabtang Island, and Di-atay Beach, among others. Each island has its unique charm of its own, giving you picturesque views of the caves, cliffs, and coasts.
How to get here:
- By air, you can choose between Philippines Airlines and Skyjet Air, which has both flights directly to Basco, the province’s capital.
