My Favourite Natural Ways to Enhance Your Beauty

Too many people try to mask their natural beauty, when really what they should be doing is enhancing it. The best way to enhance your natural beauty is through natural methods, obviously! Natural is always the way to go. Here are some of my favourite ways:

Eat Beautifying Foods

The food you put inside of your body will make a difference to how you look on the outside, simple. This is why we all need to make sure we eat beautifying foods. Clean, healthy foods are the best way to look beautiful. However, healthy fats keep your nails, hair, and skin looking gorgeous! Make sure you include avocado, nuts, nut butter, egg yolk, and similar things in your diet.


Drink Plenty of Water and Green Tea

Water will help you to flush toxins out of your system and keep you energised. It’s been proven that drinking about a gallon of water a day can seriously clear up the skin! However, you need to up your intake gradually, or you might start to feel poorly. Green tea helps to speed up the metabolism, and has lot of other benefits too. The other benefits of green tea include fighting off diseases like cancer, and boosting your eyesight!


Exercise will help you to stay in shape and make you feel amazing on the inside! You’ll stay healthier for longer, feel more energised in the day, and feel happier. All of this combined is a great way to look naturally beautiful!

Work on Your Self Esteem/Confidence

Having self esteem and confidence is one of the sexiest things a woman can have! In this day and age it’s difficult not to feel self conscious. Gorgeous celebrities in the papers and magazines can get some women down. I’m a firm believer that we should all accept and love ourselves for who we are. It takes some practice; you’ll need to work on being kinder to yourself. Speak to yourself in your head how you would a friend. You’ll soon get used to it.

Get Lots of Sleep

They call it beauty sleep for a reason! Sleep not only sets us up for the day, it helps our bodies to repair. It can help us to lose weight, clear up the skin, and more. Make sure you’re getting enough each night - just remember not to get too much of it either. Too much sleep can be just as bad!


Take the time to relax and de-stress. Stressing can give us grey hairs, wrinkled skin, and lead us to bad habits. Do some things you love to do, take a bath or a walk, enjoy the company of your friends. Take some deep breaths. Ask yourself if this is really worth stressing over. A lot of the time we stress over things we can’t do anything about anyway! Don’t let stress get the better of you.
