DIY Open-Shoulder Top

I'm not really fond of wearing simple shirts, so revamping them into an open-shoulder top is a must for me! This is very easy and fun to make! I'm also doing this to my school shirts --- YFC shirts, dance ministry shirts, college of fine arts shirts, etc.

So today's DIY is very simple. No sewing involved! But  you can if you want. haha. Just follow the steps below! :)

What you'll need:
1. An old T-shirt you want to revamp
2. Scissors
3. Ruler / tape measure
4. Taylor's chalk
5. Needle and Thread (optional)

What to do:

1. Using a tape measure or a ruler, measure 2.5 inches or less from the neck. Then mark it using a Taylor's chalk.

2. Next, draw a semi-circle from the mark you already measured. Then measure another 2.5 inches vertically. Refer to the photo below:

3.  CUT!! And then wear the shirt to find out if the open-shoulder part satisfies you. If not, you can adjust.

4. Do the same on the other side. Because I'm a lazy cat and always want to make things easier, I just fold the shirt in half and traced. haha. You can do the same too!

5. Next, sew it! And again, if you're like me, you can just stretch it if you don't want to sew. :)

And voila! you are done!
