To keep me motivated in bringing back my flexibility, here are inspirational ballet photos in doing full splits! The thing is, I can no longer do a full split (half split na lang) and since I could do a split before, I'm sure that in a few weeks time (plus a lot of pain) I'll be able to do it with continues stretches.

Everywhere you look in film, the media and popular culture, the most common type of hairstyle seen on women is straight hair. Wherever loose waves are sported in magazines or on the red carpet, they are normally as a result of having been intensely heated with curling irons, forming perfect and graceful ringlets. For women who do have naturally very curly hair, we’re most often told that we need to brush our hair, tame it or de-tangle it so that it doesn’t look ‘messy’. Curly hair is not seen as beautiful in the same way as straight or wavy hair, which inevitably has racial connotations too: most black women have naturally curly hair that forms tight helixes to create the dense and fabulous afro style. However, it is only this season on the fashion runways that models like Lineisy Montero and Karly Loyce have taken the industry by storm by wearing their hair naturally instead of heavily treated and relaxed. We love curly hair because it is interesting and exciting, helping to break through the mould of the same-old straight and wavy styles that’s are so commonplace. Here are some of our favourite curly haired women from both fiction and real-life.

As I was searching for inspiration, I landed upon this sweet art installation by Australian artist, Tanya Schultz. Having a sweet tooth and a love for colors, I instantly fell in love with her work!

She started creating these works together with artist Nicole Andrijevic as Pip & Pop before they parted ways. She uses thousands of candies to turn rooms into sweet wonderlands! With materials such as sand, sugar beads, candy, and toys, Schultz art doesn't just look sweet – because it is sweet!

A lot of home makers, home enthusiasts, decorators, and the like usually take curtains and draperies for granted; leaving these home decors the last consideration in their spaces. However, as an interior design student, studying for this degree has thought me that curtains and draperies are as important as the wall color and the lighting.

First of all, window treatments take at least 30% - 60% of your spaces depending on how many windows you have. In some cases, if you're living in a glass house, 99% of your space will have to be all about draperies and curtains!

With that said, I'm gathering inspirations for window treatments. For today, it's all about black and white since this shade and hue is a timeless classic! Perfect for all types of design styles ranging from the very clean minimalistic style to the every so heavy and beautiful traditional design style.

Vanessa Hudgens is one of the women I truly look up to because I am deeply and obsessively in love with her fashion style, beautiful face, and her hair! I have already revealed that Taylor Swift is one of the reasons why I learned to love my curly hair. And now, I am publicly revealing that Vanessa Hudgens is actually also one of the reasons why I learned to appreciate my naturally curly hair. She's brunette (or has raven black hair and i'm not so sure what's what) with beautiful natural locks. And she's Filipina (plus points!). haha. But back to hair talk, I honestly really, really love her hair but now that I have this long, orange mermaid hair, the only way I can achieve Vanessa's hair is through a wig! Luckily, wigsbuy offers Cheap Human Hair Lace Front Wigs and they also have customized Vanessa Hudgens wig! score!~

Gothic Lolita, according to Lolitafashion.org, "is probably the style associated most with Lolita Fashion outside of Japan. Lolita Fashion is often referred to as GothLoli or EGL. While GothLoli can be a correct term it only applies to the specific Gothic subset and not Lolita fashion as a whole (see Lolita Styles for more information on the different subsets). However EGL is an abbreviation of the term Elegant Gothic Lolita, which was coined by the Japanese musician Mana to describe his specific Lolita clothing line."

Hello everyone! I'm back with my Lolita admiration in today's Style Inspiration post! These Gothic Lolita Dresses I saw in the same store I recently discovered as what I had shared in my previous post, tidebuy is definitely that one-stop online shopping haven for you especially if you're really into Lolita dress--- may it be a classic lolita dress, a cheap lolita dress, or these gothic dresses!

I recently stumbled upon this really cute online shop called tidebuy which offers a wide variety of dresses for Lolita Fashion. Ever since my Japanese cousin, Tia, gave me these Japanese magazines, I've been so curious and definitely in love with the said fashion style. I know that I will never be able to wear something like this here in my country, the Philippines, on a daily basis just like in Japan but browsing and looking at photos of Japanese Lolita Fashion is satisfying already like, I have flaunt it too.

What is Lolita? (ロリータ・ファッション RorÄ«ta fasshon) is a Japanese street fashion inspired primarily by the clothing and general aesthetics of the Rococo and Victorian periods. This fashion movement started in Japan in the 1980’s and has evolved greatly since. Nowadays Lolita Fashion has grown to be relatively popular all over the world. Relatively popular for an obscure Japanese street fashion, that is. Read more about Lolita Fashions here.

Probably one of the reasons why I like Lolita Fashion is that it was inspired by Rococo and Victorian periods and as you all know, if I can go back in time, like way, way, back, I'll choose Rococo or Victorian. I love their clothes and their Interior Design and Architecture too!

Anyway, in this blog post, I have selected a couple of really pretty pastel dresses which I like very much! If you're interested, you can check out more of the lolita dresses they offer here: http://www.tidebuy.com/c/Lolita-104070/

Check-out Tidebuy on facebook, twitter, tumblr, youtube, and on their website.

"When you wish upon a star Makes no difference who you are Anything your heart desires
Will come to you. If your heart is in your dream No request is too extreme When you wish upon a star As dreamers do."

It's not a secret that I still dream of being a princess living in my own castle and wearing pretty dresses and gowns every day. "Princess Yvee", "Princess Abby", and Princess"Abigael" --- all my names fit in the title. Isn't that lovely? Up to this point, I am still contemplating on what princess name to use. :) Anyway, I will host wonderful parties with dancing and the everyone will be in their best fabulous dresses and gowns!~

I don't have my own castle to host the parties right now but I am visualizing and dreaming how my party will look like. First of, the luxurious and extravagant gowns!~

I'm a supporter of projects like this because as a ballerina, I have this advocacy of sharing the art of ballet!! That's actually one of the reasons why I do the "Ballerina on Fire" posts here in my blog. :)) Anyway, I adore Lisa Tomasetti for doing this because she's helping ballerinas be known in the world! Also, I'm planning photo shoots like this for my future ballet students! hihi.~

I am so stressed right now due to school works --- 100 modern-classic furniture compilation, image board, floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, sectional elevations, and blah blah blah. I even have no idea how I'll manage to finish them all! But I believe! HAHAHA.

Anyhow, to escape from reality, here are some Inspiring photos to help me (and you) relax! :)) Let's all dream for a short while and vanish on earth together. :")
