Travelling is one thing that I love, and during my travels, I always want to visit local golf courses in the area. It gives me the chance to unwind, and the game itself is satisfying to play or to watch. Recently, I was interested in visiting a few golf courses near Austin TX, specifically the Teravista Golf Club. This is a championship golf club with 18-holes and a view that spans around 50 miles of Texas Hill Country surrounding a 7,200-yard layout. The environment provides quality conditions for a golf club, including excellent greens significant to the Austin Area. Teravista offers golfers five tee sets on top of the 7,200 yards to challenge them in their different abilities and ages. The regular booking fee for a Tee is $39 per player.

Teravista Golf Club recently introduced The Players Club membership program to allow for individuals to work on their golf swing according to their schedule. With this program, practice is free at any time, members can play two free rounds and improve their game with weekly clinics. Membership also provides plenty more education on the game and training. A scenic play area has multiple pitching, chipping and hitting regions that allow for maximum practice and improvement. 

Teravista Golf Club has a Pro Shop that stocks the best golf brands, including Foot-Joy, Adidas, Titleist, Nike, Under Armour, Black Clover Headwear, and Travis Mathew among others. It also provides golfers with balls and gloves at the best prices. Individual orders can also be made through the shop if what’s needed isn’t currently available. Having all the required materials, this golf club offers excellent practice facilities. A double-sided range, two fairway and greenside bunkers, a 22,000 square-foot practice green and chipping green for the perfect shoving strokes of an individual score. For seasoned golfers and beginners, there is a golf academy (J.L. Lewis) in the premises to offer required lessons. This academy offers world-class instructions for golfers of all abilities and ages.

Caldwell Café is always open for breakfast, and lunch from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It also offers Happy Hour Dining and takes-outs, with special menus that are golf inspired. Teravista Golf Club is also open for professional tournaments, group outings, weddings and any other relevant events for a fee. They offer individual matches to give players the best playing experience. They provide the best prizing for tees that are customized if ordered through their Pro Shop, yardage guides, golf balls with logos, valuables pouches, personalized coolers, golf shirts, and hats. Packages for this Special tournament include cart fees, green fees, hamburger buffet, range balls and two drink tickets for each player.

The golf groups at Teravista have their benefits, providing beverage and food catering to any post and pre-round gatherings. PGA golf professionals offer help with hole assignments, player pairings, on-course contests, rules sheet, customized scorecards and cart signs, distribution of sponsor sign, scoring, course set-up and tournament play.
