How To Do Travel Packing with Bagail Packing Cubes

I am never a light packer. I'm just that type of traveler who can't live in a backpack for a couple of days or months because I need to have everything I need when I go to places. And being a fashion blogger doesn't help either! I know right?!

Truth be told, when I do overnight stays, it seems like I'm staying in for a week but in actuality, I always just carry enough things. I'm not sure if I am just disorganized, messy, or what when it comes to packing my stuff but travel packing is just way too difficult for me and it always has been a burden.

Luckily though, Bagail.com sent me packing cubes just in time for my Overnight Staycation at Villa Elisha (I'll blog about it next) and it helped me to bring just one bag for the travel.

Basically, here's how I do my travel packing (overnight edition):

Believe it or not, for a heavy packer like me, I was able to fit all of my stuff in this 19" x 13" bag!

I used 3 cubes from the 6 set packing cubes of Bagail to pack my stuff. For this trip, I used 1 medium (13.7" x 9.8" x 4") cube, and 2 slim (13.7"x5"x4") cubes.

I placed my towel (yes, it's also pink), 1 set of sleep clothing (shirt and skorts), my outfit for the next day (already blogged the outfit post here), and 1 extra shirt in the medium cube.

In 1 slim cube, I packed my slippers and my gladiator shoes.

And in the other slim cube, I packed there my swimsuits (I brought 2) and my undies!

The cubes are made of high-quality fabric with finished interior seams to increase durability. They are very well made! It has a mesh top panel, which made it easier for me to identify the contents of each cube. Of course I had to get it in pink but it is available in 12 colors for your liking.

I've never been this excited in packing! Outfit planning was still a dread, but I really enjoyed packing my stuff in these cubes. Can't wait to trot around the globe with them in my travel bag!

NOTE: I never fold when packing to avoid wrinkles and fold creases. Also because, tightly rolled clothes take up less space than folded ones - tbh, my house clothes and pants are all rolled inside my wardrobe too!

For my toiletries and make-up, I used the pouch that my cousin gifted me.

My black bag has a variety of pockets so I was able to place in there my chargers.

These travel packing cubes are definitely helpful and makes travel packing so much easier! If you're also struggling in packing because you're a heavy packer, do consider these cubes!

By the way, for the overnight staycation I went to, I also brought a backpack (this backpack) with me and there I put my wallets, cellphone, book, sunglasses, tiny tripod and other small important things.
