Going Cruella de Vil

In the sedative cool breeze and high altitude of Antipolo, in the middle of the forest, I found the perfect opportunity to turn into a Cruella de Vil - fashion wise that is. For a city girl like me, it's always about the beach or the wonders of the forest. It's always either/or.

And being in a dress while strolling in the forest is somehow a bit unrealistic, I still did it for the sake of good photos (haha. i know). But technically, this is what I wore on our last day of our staycation at Villa Elisha (which I've been sharing on my Instagram and which I'll blog soon).

It felt nice to walk in my gladiator shoes though! The sound of the leaves crashing under me is music to my ears.

And as the heat of the sun touches my sunblock-protected skin, I am alive.

Truth be told, when I was a kid, I seriously thought that Cruella de Vil's fashion sense is extremely weird. Never have I ever imagined that the day would come that I, too, would be flaunting a kind of half-half color sense in my everyday life. Hello to my tri-color hair (black-blonde-violet <for now>) and this Off Shoulder Asymmetric Dress from Banggood

Sometimes, you just take in what you've been saying in the past. (When I was in college, I told myself that I will not make a career out of furniture design and look at me now! Eating my words still. hahaha).

Anyway, I like this dress especially because it is comfy. However though, the cotton is too thin (for the white half of the dress that is), making me wear an under dress to not let my undies be visible when I walk under the sun! But generally, I still like this dress! The white half seems like an oversized t-shirt while the black half is more feminine with its off-shoulder detail! And I know that you know how much I love my off-shoulders!

  12. I love your Cruella de Vil inspired style, fashion, beauty, hair-colours and outfit photos!!! It's a beautiful and intriguing look. The off-shoulder half-white, half-black dress looks pretty - thin fabrics are very much in vogue! The locale looks lovely.
