Philippines International Furniture Show and Interior & Design Manila March 2017


The Philippines International Furniture Show in Manila is one of the largest furniture exhibitions in the Philippines. Local and international exhibitors are showcasing their latest furniture, lighting systems and other products related to interior design and decoration. This is where established local designers meet with new and promising talent to show what the design community in the Philippines is up to.


It was a 3-day event and I went there last March 9. Ever since I was in college, I've been visiting PIFS and I even covered for them as part of their invited media. Now, I just went there as a designer, my profession, but I still want to share the experience so here's a photo diary...





















Interior & Design Manila is the country’s first trade show specifically curated for Interior Designers. The event is also considered the industry's primary source for finding the latest products and services for all types of interior products.

Both events took place at SMX in SM Mall of Asia. It was a fun experience, as usual, as I get to see the latest trends in the design industry. I was inspired and motivated and I got to see colleagues as well.

Boysen always has a little something something in their booth every time and this year, they made us paint blocks! It was fun and enjoyable. Boysen is my number 1 paint choice as it's so pigmented and pure and I'm not sponsored to say that. They are just great! I even used Boysen paint when I painted my closet.
