Bulalo Lunch in Tagaytay

 Tagaytay is "declared" as the Bulalo capital of the Philippines.
True enough, you'll find a Bulalohan in all corners and streets of Tagaytay --- and almost every time we visit the city, we always eat Bulalo. How can you resist? It's so delish! :)

As promised, here's the separate post of the Bulalohan from our Tagaytay Overnight Road trip. Of all the Bulalohan restaurants we have eaten, I like their place. It's so cozy and it felt like I was living my life in the forest which I love so much because I always dream of living inside the forest, near the roots of the mountains. :) So A+ to this Bulalohan for the feels.

Well, believe it or not, I forgot the name of this Bulalohan. All I know is, it's beside Rivera Hotel.

E. Aguinaldo Highway Barangay Maharlika East, Tagaytay, 4120

Hopefully, you'll be able to find this Bulalohan. :)

The Vamps in a Bulalohan in Tagaytay City, Philippines!! {hahaha}

Bulalo is a beef dish from the Philippines. It is a light colored soup that is made by cooking beef shanks and marrow bones until the collagen and fat has melted into the clear broth. Bulalo is native to the Southern Luzon region of the Philippines. {via}

The Bulalo in this restaurant is delicious. I'll give it an 8 out of 10 stars. :)

BULALO IS SO DELICIOUS YET SO BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH. How ironic.
